Remerge founders, Sydney and Addison Johnson, are sisters turned business partners. Raised in Salinas, California by multi-generational farmers, agriculture has surrounded us for our entire life. Having pursued careers in environmental science and climate technology, we’ve returned to farming with a new perspective. Combining decades of legacy farming knowledge with forward-thinking sustainability methods, we’re on a mission to grow food rooted in nature.
Family roots.
Remerge was born from years of research by Alex Johnson, Sydney and Addison’s late brother. He was passionate about the potential of regenerative farming, with a specific focus on EM methodology. His vision was to scale regenerative methods across California and beyond, but he tragically passed before seeing his dream through. We’re picking up where he let off, fulfilling his vision one farm at a time.

We’re firm believers in the transformative power of regenerative farming. The agriculture sector is one of the few industries that have the potential to transition from a net emitter to a net sequesterer and, in the process, benefit communities and small farmers. Acre by acre, we can rebalance our relationship with nature, catalyzing a more resilient global food system.
